A GMPartsNow, we know that you’re busy. That’s why we’ve made it easy and convenient to buy car parts and GM accessories online. We offer shipping throughout the United States on our car parts and accessories. And because we know all jobs are different, we offer a variety of shipping options.
All GM parts and accessories orders are eligible for standard shipping. If you’re in a hurry or have a large order, we also have expedited and oversize shipping options. Browse through our online auto parts store and add what you need to your cart. Then, if your total adds up to $299 or more, you may be eligible for half-off shipping. Afterward, you can sit back and relax as we send your car parts and accessories straight to your front door.

Order Processing Times
Same Day Shipping
At GMPartsNow.com we process your orders with the utmost speed. Anything you order that's in our warehouse of 65,000+ part numbers ships out within one business day. Usually, within the HOUR you order it! Any orders placed before 3pm EST for items we have in stock ship the same day, guaranteed.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally we sell out of items we regularly carry. In this case, the part ship the next business day. If you order an item that we have to special order (only 7% of our orders), the part will be shipped out between 1-3 business days. In exceptional cases where you need your parts immediately, we can direct ship you your parts overnight from a central GM distribution facility. We do carry some discontinued items in our warehouse. If you order a discontinued item that we have in stock, it will ship out just as fast as any other part (within one business day). If the part you are looking for is discontinued and we don't have it in stock, don't worry! Just contact our customer support: email@example.com. We can often track down the part for you through our large network of licensed GM distributors.
Order Shipping Times
At GMPartsNow, we use speedy shipping methods for our standard shipping: FedEx ground and USPS priority.
FedEx ground delivers your parts in 1-4 days in the continental US (see shipping map for details).
USPS priority delivers in 1-3 days (see shipping map Expedited Shipping)
Oversized items/Freight Shipping
Freight Shipping is an option for Oversize parts, such as engine blocks and large sheet metal items, that may have to be shipped via freight methods
The shipping price quoted at checkout does not always reflect the true cost. We may need to collect additional funds to cover the difference. You will be contacted by email for approval before we proceed. If your order includes an oversize part, you will be alerted at checkout. The oversize part(s) will be separately by the most appropriate freight method. Freight shipping applies to the contiguous 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska may require additional shipping, you will be contacted by our support team if your order requires additional shipping charges.
Hazmat require special shipping methods that have extra fees. Also, because shipping a hazmat item is very expensive and complicated, our policy does not allow returns of hazmat purchases. Hazmat items are clearly labeled in our catalog. Due to restrictions on hazardous materials they can only be shipped with standard ground service, no expedited methods are available.
Signature Service is used on most shipments over $200.
Missing/Lost Shipments OR; Missing Parts
You must notify us of a missing or lost shipment/parts within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to reach a resolution but will require one of our representatives to contact the carrier to obtain more information and/or file a claim. Replacement parts will not be immediately shipped out. Most carriers use GPS tracking that tags location when the package is scanned as delivered, cases where the tracking number shows delivered will require more time to reach a resolution between GMPartsNow and the carrier.
We are not able to change or redirect packages to a different address after the shipping label is created. Any address changes MUST be done before you receive a tracking number, please be sure to enter the correct information BEFORE placing an order.
