Order Status Definitions

Process:

We have successfully received your order.

Processing:

We are currently pulling parts or placing an order with GM to obtain parts.

On Hold:

Error found on order. Email notification to come.

On Order:

Special order for part is placed with GM.

Ready to Ship:

Parts are full from our warehouse and sent over to the shipping department.

Pending:

Used briefly between Ready to Ship and Completed while parts are being boxed up for shipment.

Completed:

The order has been packaged and a shipping label was created. Tracking info has been emailed.
